⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t speak highly enough of my fantastic dentist and his amazing team! As someone who struggles with claustrophobia, I’ve always found dental visits stressful — but not here. From the moment I walk in, I’m treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The entire team goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and safe every step of the way. My dentist is not only incredibly professional and skilled, but also compassionate and understanding. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always checks in to make sure I’m okay. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of expertise and empathy. If you’re looking for a dental team that truly cares and delivers top-notch care, I highly recommend them. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist! ~ NIc D

I recently attend Fortitude Valley Dentist on holidays in Brisbane (not exactly the place you want to be on holidays!). The online booking process was quick and easy. Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at the modern, clean fit out and offered bottled water, tea and coffee whilst waiting. The dentist was right on time for the appointment (which never happens!) and was very friendly and helpful. He promptly fixed my filling and assisted with all questions & concerns I had. The process was simple and so easy. I received a check in phone call a few days later from the lovely receptionist. 10/10 recommend this dentist and have told all my friends and family in the Brisbane area. What can I say about this amazing surgery! My 23 year old son was screaming in pain at 11pm and this surgery let us come in even though it was so late at night, we drove from the Gold Coast and seen Dr David, I cannot praise this dentist enough, my son suffers major anxiety and David was unbelievably good with Max, he spoke to him through the whole procedure making him feel so comfortable. If I could give this surgery more than 5 stars I would. Anyone with a fear of dentists needs to visit them. David will now be our new dentist, we don’t care about the hour drive to get to Brisbane. Best Dental Clinic. Highly recommend. I am finally for the first time in my life not too scared to go to the dentist and am so grateful that I found this place. The whole team from Lina at reception through to Dr David Betar make every effort to understand and listen to your concerns and then work with you to find the best solution. They really understand how terrifying dentist trips can be to people like myself and go to great lengths to make sure that their patients are well looked after and taken care of. Thanks to Fortitude Valley Dentist I have overcome (mostly) my fear of dentists. I would also recommend the Twilight Sedation they have on offer for anyone else who is nervous about having dental work done. Give these guys a go and I guarantee you will be so glad you did. I’ve had a really great experience with David and his team. From the first visit they’ve been warm and welcoming, and the whole place feels comfortable and easy to be in. What I’ve appreciated most is how clearly everything’s been explained. For the first time, I actually feel like I understand what’s going on with my teeth, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. David takes the time to talk things through and is very personable, which makes a big difference. Booking appointments and getting reminders is simple, and keeping up my 6-month routine has been easy. Overall, it’s just been a consistently positive experience and I’m really glad I found this practice ~ Theo R

Dr. David Betar - A DENTIST ABOVE THE REST!! My son needed teeth extractions, and Dr David Betar was incredibly gentle and made the whole experience so much easier. He eased my son’s anxieties, talked us through the plan step-by-step, and made sure every question we had was answered. The clinic is fantastic too, with child-friendly rooms and even a kids’ activity room. And the best part is he also treats adults, making it a true one-stop shop for all dental care. But lets not forget his dental assistants who did everything to assist with a smile. I highly recommend him—he’s genuinely worth flying to for treatment.. yes we flew from Sydney just to see him because no one is like Dr. David. ~ Margueritte G

Ok...so I never thought I'd be saying "nice things" after a visit to the Denist, of all places! 😅 The amazing level of friendly and professional service as well as the gentleness from Dr David & his whole team at Fortitude Valley Dentist is, in my opinion, what differentiates them from any other clinic. From the first phone call through to the treatment, I felt nothing but genuine honesty and care. Like a lot of you, I always put off going to the Dentist, but the team at Fortitude Valley Dentist is second-to-none. I had every intention on going to 3 consults and picking the best out of them, Fortitude valley was the first on my list. After sitting down with Dr David I decided that he was the one I wanted to put my trust in. He made me feel so comfortable and confident that he could get the result and as fast as I was wanting. Sitting here 1 month later and fully in love with my smile i am so glad I chose to put my trust in David and his team I will be highly recommending Him to any and everyone I come in contact with. I would also like to give Lina at the front desk a massive wrap she made the whole experience that much easier answering all my silly questions and reassuring me with all my doubts. Finally finished my last session today and couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone there is so kind and definitely helped ease my nerves at each visit (6 sessions). Dr Asad explained everything to do with my root canal treatment in a way I could understand easily, and I felt NO PAIN in the chair. He asked throughout each session to make sure I was not experiencing pain or discomfort and if I was we could stop at anytime. All of the dental assistants were superstars also. Everyone I met there was very friendly, professional and made me feel that little bit less anxious. Having the call after each visit to check up on me was very reassuring as well, even if I couldn't get back to you every time (sorry!). I recommend this dentist for my friends and family, and anybody feeling scared of dentists like me! Give them a try! Thank you all for everything! ~ Samantha H

I’ve had such a good experience with Dr. david. I’m from the Netherlands & i’m in Australia on a WHV. When my wisdom tooth hurt I knew straightaway it was not good & I had the feeling it needed to be removed. I was in a lot of pain because it got infected. Online i found fortitude valley dentist. I called them & they immediately made time for me, I could see a dentist the same day. All the receptionists were very sweet & helpful with answering all my questions. Dr David & his assistant made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure. Giving me all the information i needed at that moment & making sure throughout the XRAY that he was not gonna damage any nerves. The procedure was quick & I didn’t experience any pain during it. It’s been 24 hours ago & luckily I’m not in a lot of pain. Dr. David really knew what he was doing & I would 100% recommend him. I’m very relieved & thankful! ~ Manon Z

Dr Asad and his team are doing a wonderful job at their clinic. The care and understanding shown by them to the clients is very professional. We went to to consult with Dr Asad for putting braces for my daughter and son. He gave us a detailed printed report outlining the current situation and the different types of treatments options available and their methodology to the pros and cons of each treatement. And above all the time to go home and think and discuss with the family the best option suited to us. I can’t speak any higher of this dentist- Dr David, the dental nurses, the lovely receptionists- everybody was phenomenal. As someone that is terrified of getting dental work done, the staff here are the first team I’ve trusted to take care of me & they did it brilliantly. An absolutely wonderful experience from booking to payment. Dr. Asad initially treated me with top tier professionalism and has a crystal clear method of communicating. As a previously fearful person of dentistry I had anticipated the worst in my first visit but those fears were very quickly laid to rest and it's now a rather enjoyable time especially now that Dr. David took over my treatments with his expert and even artistic way of fixing my teeth and we even have a our own backing tracks during the operations. I have been given my smile back and my confidence in general day-to-day conversations has skyrocketed. Payments are quick and easy and with multiple payment options such as Afterpay and Openpay, it's a planet-sized stress off my shoulders for someone on working wages. Huge shout out to the office staff for the assistance with this and for the consistent reminders of my appointments. If I could bend the system and give 6/5 stars I'd not hesitate. Went in today for a filling with Dr Asad and had previously been to see Dr John. Both fabulous and highly recommended. They took their time to explain everything to me and didn't try to rip me off by selling me everything they could (like a couple we've been to in Browns Plains).
